If there is a problem with the goods you receive please contact me immediately. Ideally send a few pictures along with a brief description of the problem.

If you simply do not like what you receive, please return it to me for a full refund. (Shipping at buyer's expense)  The sooner you return it, the sooner you will receive the refund. Naturally used or damaged goods will not be refunded.
